The e-cycle compliance calendar was developed as a project under the Ecycle Coordination Clearinghouse (ERCC). ERCC is a forum for coordination and information exchange, and joint decision-making on state electronics recycling laws. It is managed by two respected non-profits – National Center for Electronics Recycling (NCER) and Northeast Recycling Council (NERC).
The vision for the Compliance Calendar website sprung from conversation among member states and affiliate members and is an attempt to streamline requirements under the state electronics recycling laws.
